I know it’s going to sound self-serving to say you should get your advice from people in dentistry, particularly endodontists, but they are the ones who have gone to school for years to study just teeth and oral health related issues. Dr. Conner went to school for three additional years after her dental degree to study endodontics. She read just about every peer-reviewed article out there during those years along with other forms of instruction. My general practice physician told me they learn almost nothing about oral health in medical school. So, please evaluate the source of advice.
